jillie Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the jillie platform, uniquely identified by your registered Philippine mobile number or username.
• "Platform" means the jillie website at jillie.club, all mobile-optimised interfaces, and all associated game and payment services operated by jillie.

• "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso-denominated virtual wallet associated with your jillie account, used to hold deposited funds, winnings, and bonuses.
• "Real Money Play" means any game session wagered with funds held in your jillie Wallet, as distinct from demo or free-play modes where available.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total real-money bet amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or otherwise ineligible to hold a jillie account under these Terms.

By completing the jillie registration process, clicking "I Agree" on any jillie interface, accessing the jillie platform, or placing any bet through jillie, you conclusively accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference herein such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the jillie platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms. jillie will notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via the registered email address or in-platform notification prior to the effective date of any amendment.

To register and maintain a jillie account and to participate in Real Money Play, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

Each person may hold only one (1) jillie account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held across the duplicate accounts.

When registering a jillie account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillie login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. jillie will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

• You must not share your jillie login password with any third party under any circumstances.
• jillie support staff will never request your password via any communication channel. Any communication asking for your password is fraudulent and should be reported to jillie immediately.
• You must notify jillie's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all data charges incurred in accessing jillie from Philippine mobile networks including Smart, Globe, and DITO.

All financial transactions on the jillie platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jillie does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method used for deposits is registered to and owned by you personally.

jillie supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply to individual payment methods and are displayed in the jillie cashier at the time of transaction.

jillie processes withdrawal requests to the original payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require additional verification. jillie reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks, including requesting identification documents, before processing any withdrawal request exceeding thresholds set by PAGCOR regulations.

jillie may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, or other incentive programmes to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds or bet sizes, and expiry dates.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general conditions apply to all jillie bonuses:

1. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before completing the Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
2. Bonuses are credited to the Bonus section of your wallet and are separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first for wagers unless otherwise stated.
3. jillie reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
5. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another player or account.

All Games available through jillie are subject to the specific rules of each game as provided by jillie's licensed game suppliers. Where game-specific rules conflict with these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to that game only and in the specific matter of conflict.

jillie's slot and table games utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jillie will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs and resolve the round accordingly. If reconstruction is not possible, the wager placed for the affected round will be refunded to your jillie Wallet. jillie's decision on game disputes is final and binding subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out below.

• Game result disputes must be submitted to jillie's support team within 72 hours of the disputed event.
• Disputes must include the game name, approximate date and time of play, and a description of the issue.
• jillie will investigate and respond to all properly submitted disputes within 14 business days.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one jillie account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the jillie platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game offered on jillie.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from a known exploit are void and will be reclaimed by jillie.
• Attempting to launder money, structure deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or use jillie for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access jillie from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law without jillie's explicit written authorisation.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposit transactions with your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with jillie's support team.

All content on the jillie platform — including but not limited to the jillie brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of jillie or its licensed game and content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jillie platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered player. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any jillie intellectual property. Unauthorised use of jillie's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

The jillie platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jillie takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and reliability, jillie makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillie's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — including claims relating to game results, transaction errors, or account access issues — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jillie Wallet during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillie collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the jillie Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering a jillie account, you consent to jillie's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jillie may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. jillie will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

3. Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
4. Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
5. Direction by PAGCOR or another competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
6. Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of jillie's platform or to other players.

Upon account closure for a reason other than a proven Terms violation, any real-money balance remaining in your jillie Wallet will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe after completion of any required verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by jillie.

jillie reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that materially affect the rights or obligations of registered players — will be communicated via in-platform notification and, where practicable, via the registered email address associated with your account, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or changes required by law or regulatory directive with immediate effect, may be implemented without prior notice. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must close your jillie account before the effective date of the amendment. Your continued use of the jillie platform after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with your use of the jillie platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof — including any question regarding the existence, scope, or enforceability of this arbitration provision — shall first be submitted to jillie's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 7. If the matter cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the Philippines under the applicable rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or such other arbitral body as the parties may agree in writing.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
